SmartZip Goes to Boot Camp with Excelleum’s Debbie Degrote

November 5, 2013 by SmartZip in Articles

Last Friday, the SmartZip team trained with the best! Execelleum's Debbie Degrote.

Debbie De Grote is a top producing sales person, veteran business coach, consultant and trainer. Her story is unique and inspiring. She began her sales career at the age of 18 and sold her first house while in high school. Building her business on her own, Debbie sold 160 homes per year and closed over 3000 homes sold in her real estate sales career. Debbie was ranked the #1 real estate agent in Los Angeles and Orange County, #3 in the nation and top 10 in the world; and the story goes on.

With her sales success Debbie was constantly asked to coach, train, speak and guide other professionals to achieve their full potential. So what better than to train our team, and help SmartZip reach its potential for our amazing clients!

With a full-day of fun, and of course vigorous learning, Debbie covered topics such as:

  • Interactive: Outstanding Customer Service
  • Client Challenges and Solutions
  • Customer Service Self Evaluation
  • Real Life Customer Service Situations
  • Goal Setting and Mindset

Our team certainly walked away from our training feeling empowered and prepared to deliver the world customer service excellence. We are excited to bring our clients only the best service, consultation, tips & best practices for their marketing and business needs.

We're thrilled to have Debbie on our team, and look forward to our next Excelleum boot camp!
