In honor of Arbor Day, we decided to reconnect with nature this week. We spend so much time discussing housing values and equity, but sometimes neglect to focus on one of the biggest benefits of being a homeowner: having a lawn that you can perfectly manicure, landscape… or decorate with plastic pink flamingo statues. • Population >= 100k
  • Median lot size <= 100 Acres
  • Building to lot ratio = median building area / median lot size in sqft
