Prospects are ranked by likelihood to buy
Each prospect in a territory is periodically ranked based on its probability of buying in the next 6-12 months. The top 20% of homes targeted often contain 40%-50% of future buyers. The density of opportunity is typically 2-3x the norm.
Thousands of attributes analyzed with patent-pending algorithms
Thousands of home and homeowner attributes are considered in the rankings. Relevant attributes are mathematically derived from a sample “buyer profile” established for each SmartZip client deployment. In real estate, this is a sample of recent listing or sales. In solar energy, it is the homes that most recently installed solar. In lending, it is a profile of the most recent customer who purchased a new loan.
Algorithms are hyper-tuned for each territory
Because neighborhoods and communities differ greatly, our algorithms are derived at a hyper-local level and tuned for local attributes. Each territory targeted is back-tested to ensure the accuracy of results and refreshed automatically as data sources update over time. We back test all predictions and rigorously track the real-world performance of our predictions and tune as necessary with changing conditions.
